Webinar 'De status van Zeekabelaanlandingen in Nederland nu en vooruitkijkend'

Tijdens het webinar van de Dutch Subsea Cable Coalition gaven we een uniek inzicht in de huidige status en toekomstige ontwikkelingen van de onderzeese kabelverbindingen in Nederland.

Tijdens dit webinar leidde Martin Prince, ambassadeur van de Dutch Subsea Cable Coalition, een Q&A met vertegenwoordigers van Digital Realty, een van de grootste datacenterplatforms ter wereld, en SURF, de ICT-coöperatie van Nederlandse onderwijs- en onderzoeksinstellingen.

In deze discussie kwamen ontwikkelingen aan bod die verband hielden met datacapaciteit, het belang van samenwerking en de unieke kansen die Nederland bood.

Daarnaast presenteerden onderzoekers van Terabit hun recente studie over de ontwikkeling van de markt voor onderzeese kabels. Bovendien schetste onze coalitie de ondersteuningsmogelijkheden die wij boden voor kabelbedrijven, en er was een gelegenheid voor deelnemers om vragen te stellen.

During the webinar of the Dutch Subsea Cable Coalition, we provided unique insights into the current status and future developments of subsea cable connections in the Netherlands.

Martin Prince, ambassador of the Dutch Subsea Cable Coalition, led a Q&A session with representatives from Digital Realty, one of the largest data center platforms in the world, and SURF, the ICT cooperative of Dutch educational and research institutions.

The discussion covered developments related to data capacity, the importance of collaboration, and the unique opportunities that the Netherlands offers.

Additionally, researchers from Terabit presented their recent study on the development of the subsea cable market. Our coalition also outlined the support options available for cable companies, and there was an opportunity for participants to ask questions.
